well, i found my motivation and have been going strong since noon yesterday- besides a quick little nap! so far i have made 4 different things for the freezer to have on hand when my sister and her family are here for 2 weeks and have 3 more left to make... sure wish i had a sous chef- and a working dishwasher!
most exciting is that the dogs go to the groomer today! yippie- no more dog hair and stinky dogs! usually they go once a season- but it has taken me 13 months to find a groomer. so today is the big day.
i previously mentioned that i hosted book club last week. everyone liked the book- for various reasons- although some were a little thrown off by the authors style of writing (being a jouralist) and all of the data and statistics that he provided. most of us needed a box of tissues at the end.
april book selection is 'the book thief' by markus zusak- cant wait to crack it open soon!
