November stuff

The kids quickly joined into school sports, Tate chose track and field- his favorite event was javelin and Macy joined the basketball team, along with Soraya-

Being in temporary housing with none of our belongings, Sara was so thoughtful to send us an assortment of puzzles, and we did ALL of them!

Macy lost her first tooth in Indonesia and the tooth fairy left her 100,000 rupiah (which is equal to $7)

Apparently the tooth fairy didn't have any smaller bills...

Our bar quickly came together-
Shocker!

We were delighted to go to a couple Christmas themed bazaars/markets in late November-

And being the tallest white woman in the room, I was quickly approached by a media crew who wanted to interview me-

Apparently it was for local public television, I didn't bother trying to find it... oh well. Hope I represented America well!

Having no dishwasher (and no staff) the kids quickly learned how to wash dishes by hand-
Such a great life lesson....

So much running around setting up cell phones, shopping for food and household needs, etc etc.... and jet lag, and just being absolutely overstimulated every hour. Poor Tate was OUT-
