Ritz normalcy?

With business slow slow here across Indonesia, many restaurants, hotels and resorts are offering incredible discount packages, some up to 80% off! Brian decided to take advantage of a local one- at the Ritz Carlton. 

Because there is no staff at the American Club pool- in our backyard- kids 12 and under aren't allowed to swim, which is so disappointing for her. Luckily the package we bought at the Ritz came with pool passes!

So one Sunday we decided to have a family day there, enjoying brunch and an afternoon by the pool. Brunch was great- but the pool was even better- 

 

Because it was just us! We seriously had the place to ourselves the entire time we were there.

The hardest decision we had to make was which gazebo we wanted, and we chose this one- 

Actually, the hardest choice was decided which wine we wanted brought to that gazebo! 

The pool was fun for all, even I got in which really shocked the kids...

Father daughter handstand competition? Of course!

It was a lovely day and felt semi-normal. Although we don't normally spend our Sunday's at the Ritz- we certainly could get used to this!
