We decided to wear our cowboy boots-
And then we ended the day at Tate's annual Blue & Gold banquet, which much to our surprise was bug themed! And there was an overwhelming presence of cockroaches, which I adored because they make me think of my mom actually!
This cockroach cake should have gotten first place in the dessert contest in my opinion-
And then there was this fun guessing game-
I actually purchased this jar from the troop who made it, and sent it to my sister to open for a good laugh on my mom's birthday...
Tate would earn the highest honor of Cub Scouts this night, and move on to being a Boy Scout!
