August happenings

After admiring these in neighbors yards over the last year, we finally have our own lobster claw plants/flowers growing in our yard!

They are my absolute favorite. Lots of greenery in our yard, but not a lot of color. Every morning I open the bedroom curtains to see these bright red pops of color in the yard and I smile. 

Twins?

They hear that a lot these days! 

W had happy hour by the pool and looked over to see that someone had hidden our crocodile float in the plant foliage- 

 hilarious! 

Sleepovers, even on work mornings, still make me smile- 

This is what happens when you have a friend over, your playing video games, and your mom asks you to come wash the dishes- 

YOur friend doesn't go home, they come into the kitchen, stand along side you and hold up a phone for your entertainment! 

Macy is for sure a planner! Don't have any idea where she gets it from, do you?!?!?

Sleepy summer afternoons with Luna- 

While on lockdown in July & August, the days were full of father & kid (actually father/son + Macy) basketball. All the time. It was so fun for the kids, and the dads surprisingly looked forward to it a ton too.
