The Emmon's were our neighbors that we shared a fence with and shared many backyard wine filled patio nights with too. Their daughter Bea inherited Macy's Elf onesie-

 Asha hosted May pokeeno and it was a garden party theme- until the sky opened up and crushed that plan! 

Asha had these cool notebooks made for the 3 of us who were moving this summer -

Julie and Macy have a sweet relationship and she's become like an auntie to Macy. She texts her and checks in and before we left had a mentoring session with Macy about her desire to go into the Peace Corp. Both Julie & her husband Ryan were in the Peace Corp.

I love when other strong men & women pour into my kids! Especially in this transient life we lead when family is so very far away. 

Alice wins the fun mom award for letting the kids play ball inside. The 3 families always have a blast together playing this made up game! 

Macy got to dog sit for Chewie, who is a great reading buddy-

Julie & I dragged out kids to the American police association 5K- which Julie thinks Macy should have won-
