since we have been back in the states, macy has been talking up a storm! i thought she was slow to speak when we were in germany, but was reassured at 18 months by the speech therapist that evaluated her who said she would catch up and any delay she had was due to the fact that she was also learning german at the same time.
there are just a few words that are too cute to forget:
esther (her german daycare provider/tagesmuter)- essie
pretzel- pretzie
noddle (her favorite food!)- noonie
nanna (brian's mom)- nanny
