Tate was reeeeeealllllly, reeeeeeaallllly hoping that he got put on the Red Sox t-ball team, while at the same time reeeealllllly hoping he did NOT get put on the Yankee's! He go the Rangers, not bad.
This is the first time he has played t-ball. He is playing on base and one of his friends from school is on his team- he is thrilled. One of the other boy's mom's I am on the OSC board with- I was thrilled!
the opening day ceremony on base was awesome. almost like being at Fenway for opening day... almost. but we do have a concession stand (my favorite part of playing baseball when i was a kid!), the honor guard came out for the ceremony, the national anthem was sung live and the first pitch of the season was thrown by the base commander!
