on saturday i had to take macy in to another urgent care clinic because of a rash that came on quickly- from her face, to her back, to her belly- she was making ME itchy!
i assumed that it was an allergic reaction to the antibiotic, but when i called the nurse advice line they insisted that she be seen. the doc wasnt sure what it was- of course it was suspicious of an allergic reaction, but he also felt that it may just have been part of the virus that started all of this just working it's way through/out of her body.
so we continued on the antibiotic (which she HATES!) and got to add benedryl- yippie! i swear by the time we got home from the pharmacy it looked like that rash was clearing up... but i was still itchy.
