Back in January Brian got a crazy idea- let's drive 5 hours each way (in 1 day) to go look at a new car he wanted to buy. His mind was pretty much made up before we arrived, and sure enough he bought it! We only had to wait 11 long months to get her.
Here she is, meet Blue-
As much as I roll my eyes, she is quite gorgeous. She needs some upgrades and a few finishing touches, but she's been so fun to take out on Sunday's for breakfast.
The kids love the fact that they each have a small fold down seat in the back- and no seat belt!
I don't love that part very much... not that we are going far, or fast. She is definitely not a daily driver. She was built as a Japanese war vehicle. She is a 1973 Land Cruiser Hardtop.
