December things

Sadly, in December we had to say good-bye to our dear Australian friends Justin & Kellie-

Justin was a fellow attache at the Australian embassy, avid golfer, and Brian's battle buddy when Kellie & I both had to evacuate in 2020.

Poor Brian really does see me at my worst-

Tate has been taking weekly guitar lessons at home and we all love to hear him play-

Christmas decorations!

So much to love about this picture-

Look who came back for the weekend-

Luffy! We all love us some Luffy. But no one as much as Macy-

Linus, is that you?

He is so tolerant of her shenanigans. Luckily, he is quite playful. She even taught him how to play her version of floor hockey this visit.

Again this year, we were fortunate to go the the Jakarta Christmas Symphony-

The concert hall is so breathtaking-

Thank goodness I live with a gingerbread house engineer, because my measurements were a bit off this year-

But Georgia and Macy didn't care that it was a bit crooked-

One of these things does not look like the other-

Diane gave me a new idea this year for my gingerbread men-

And it worked!

Not sure if this idea was Macy or Tate's-

My work in the embassy CLO office often becomes a family affair. My office put on a large children's Christmas party and we all worked it, beginning at 7am on a Saturday morning.

CLO husbands Brian & Ryan-
AKA Farrah & Julie's assistants!

Our CLO team and our favorite elf-

The kids got cookie decorating kits as a thank you from my office-

Dad & me crepes-

So sad to say good-bye to Julie & Ryan. While I did not participate in the tennis portion of the party, I did make Julie's good-bye video. Well, actually truth be told, Tate made it.

December pokeeno night-
