Last year I mastered baking the ever intimidating Pumpkin roll, which i had been interested in making, but fearful of for years. 

This year- blueberry jam! I finally tackled trying out the whole canning process- and I won!

Two years ago when we moved here, my neighbor, Lisa.  brought us homemade blueberry jam as a housewarming gift. It.was.amazing. Last year, I ordered 6 jars from her! Even my brother-in-law Frankie begs for it. But, now Lisa has moved away and I have no

more jam.

So I decided to ask for her recipe and try it myself. SUCESS! The sound of those jars "clicking" sealed was just amazing. I went to bed feeling so righteous! HA!
