In 8th grade Macy heard that there is a HS PE award and she set her sights on getting that award- then half way through the year, she broke her ankle and spent the rest of the year in the library during PE.
So boy were we all shocked to get an invitation to the HS award ceremony because Macy was getting the 9th grade ALGEBRA award!
Shocker.
Funny enough, as I type this Macy has just switched her 10th grade math and is headed into honors algebra II today. That's in addition to her geometry class this year too. She is capable of so much more than she knows and is constanly making us so proud.
