The colors were amazing- especially since the sky was grey from the storms yesterday (yup, an awesome thunderstorm again!)
This resort is actually very kid friendly. They have a free kids club everyday! So today Tate went over for the morning session, Brian went out on a solo hike and Macy and I hung out at the playground.

When we picked up Tate, the kids club teacher had made Macy a super hero mask too! Tate was "Flash" and Macy "The Amazing Super Flower Girl!" (kids clubs is only for kids who are potty trained and 3 yrs old. I tried to sneak her in though of course!)
Brian had a beautiful morning for a great hike.
He made it- 7300+ ft!
After his hike, Brian headed to the spa- what a nice break from worrying about work!
This afternoon we went down to Heavenly Village to do a little window shopping and grab dinner- at Wolfgang Puck's... Not impressed, FYI.

We went into the Tahoe visitors center- so cool! Lots of kid friendly exhibits, hiking info and we scored a Christmas ornament! (we've tried to collect one from each vacation we take...)
They were amazed with the real animal poop display! 12 different kinds... Kinda cool!

They were a little worried about what Zoltar had to offer...
We headed back in time to catch the patriots WIN!! Go Pats!
Tate is at it again....
We used to just let the kids jump on the beds when at a hotel... This trip has taken it to a new level- literally!
